Beyond the Blueprint: Building Impact into the Future

2025 Habitat for Humanity Midwest Regional Conference Summary

The inaugural Midwest Regional Conference took place April 1–3, 2025, in Rochester, Minnesota. Hosted in partnership by the Affiliate Support Organizations (ASOs) from Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota, the event united staff and leaders from 78 affiliates and ASOs across nine midwest states—Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Missouri.

Centered around the theme “Beyond the Blueprint: Building Impact into the Future,” the event offered a robust lineup of programming to help affiliates strengthen their work and deepen their impact. Key highlights included:

  • 235 paid attendees

  • 39 ASO staff and HFHI speakers

  • 2 plenary sessions

  • 39 breakout sessions covering topics like ReStore management, volunteering, innovation, and advocacy

  • 2 networking session slots featuring 14 topic-based groups

  • Daily attendance between 270–300 participants
