Stronger Together: Carrying the Momentum Forward

From September 15–17, leaders from 25 Affiliate Support Organizations (ASOs) gathered in Chicago for the 2025 ASO Alliance Annual Meeting. Together, we put our heads and hearts into thinking about how we can better serve affiliates across the country and strengthen the Habitat network as a whole. The energy, collaboration, and exchange of ideas reflected the Alliance’s shared commitment to advancing our mission and supporting the work of local affiliates.

Our time together focused on clear objectives: energizing ourselves for the work ahead, equipping ASOs with actionable tools and resources, setting FY26 goals as an Alliance, and charting a direction for the future. We also deepened our collaboration with HFHI to ensure alignment and stronger impact across the network. Just as important, we fostered the values that guide our Alliance: connection, empowerment, collaboration, and joy in the work we do.

The 2025 Annual Meeting was a chance to pause, reflect, and recharge—while looking forward with renewed purpose. We are excited to carry this momentum into the year ahead, building stronger ASOs that can, in turn, better support affiliates in creating lasting change in their communities.
